Our Spanish language school in Santiago de Chile is in a very nice neighbourhood called ‘Providencia’, set in a well-preserved ancient building, with typical whitewashed walls and red tiled roofs. The Spanish school has a very friendly atmosphere, so students can feel at home.

The school has 6 classrooms, a multimedia room with flat T.V., home theatre, DVD and audio system, a kitchen with microwave to heat your food, a hot and cold water dispenser, a meeting room, a cyber room with free internet access for students and a front and back yard to spend your class breaks in a sunny environment.

There are two main subway stations just a few metres from the Spanish school as well as bus stops so the school is very easy to reach.

Spanish Language Courses

• Intensive 20 – 20 group lessons per week aimed at developing the communicative competence in Spanish in the four main skills: speaking, reading, listening and writing. They also provide contextual grammar and expose the students to the local culture.

• Super Intensive 30 – The Super Intensive course is designed for students wishing to deepen their learning experience and to accomplish a higher level of proficiency in Spanish in a shorter time. This course aims at reinforcing the class content, working on weak points and broadening areas of the students own interest as well as working on all areas of the students own interest.

• Immersion 20 + 5 – 20 group lessons + 5 private lessons per week. The immersion course consists of lessons that aim at developing speaking, writing, reading and listening skills and the use of language in real contexts of use, taking into account aspects such as social appropriateness.

• Spanish + Salsa – 20 group lessons + 8 Salsa Classes per week. Suitable for all levels of Spanish and Dance, one of the features of this programme is the opportunity to learn Spanish, practice different salsa techniques, shines and turns while spending a fun time with classmates and friends.

• Average class size: An average of 3 and a maximum of 7 students per class.

• Lesson duration: 55 minutes.

• Minimum age: 18 years old for General Spanish Courses and 12 years old for Private Courses.

Host Families: Due to their experience, our families know what it means to be a real host. They have received many students from different nationalities, occupations and ages. With a host family, you will have the opportunity to see what true Latin American life is all about. Our families have all been carefully selected to ensure that both you and your hosts enjoy your stay.

Student Residences: If participants wish to share their time with students from all over the world, student residences are the perfect place. These large houses have several bedrooms – single, double and triple rooms. They also have a kitchen, Internet access and a common room with TV set. The residences are strategically located in order to make the journey to the school comfortable.

• A 24-hour airport pickup service is offered on request from and to the airport, which takes you directly to your accommodation.
