Bariloche, with a population of 77,000 inhabitants, is the capital of the Andean Patagonia. It is a beautiful town located near the shores of Nahuel Huapi Lake, which has glacier origins and covers 550 square kilometres. Bariloche is known for its incredible landscape, ski resorts, delicious chocolate, and active cultural nightlife.

During your free time you can sightsee and visit some of the most beautiful places in Bariloche. Activities include: guided visits to the Patagonia Museum, ice skating in front of Nahuel Huapi lake, tango classes and alpine sledging. If you are into sports, trekking, rappel, horse riding, rafting and diving are available. In winter this place is a must for skiers coming from all over the world.
Spanish School Bariloche
Our language school in Bariloche is conveniently located in downtown Bariloche, only 900 metres from the “Centro Civico”. All bus lines stop no more than 2 blocks from the school. The school has 5 classrooms and a cosy kitchen where students can share coffee, tea, and “mate” a traditional Argentinean drink.

Intensive 20 – 20 group lessons per week aimed at developing the communicative competence in Spanish in the four main skills: speaking, reading, listening and writing. They also provide contextual grammar and expose the students to the local culture.

Super Intensive 30 – The Super Intensive course is designed for students wishing to deepen their learning experience and to accomplish a higher level of proficiency in Spanish in a shorter time. This course aims at reinforcing the class content, working on weak points and broadening areas of the students own interest as well as working on all areas of the students own interest.

Immersion 20 + 5 – 20 group lessons + 5 private lessons per week. The immersion course consists of lessons that aim at developing speaking, writing, reading and listening skills and the use of language in real contexts of use, taking into account aspects such as social appropriateness.

Private Course – 10 private lessons per week. The private Spanish course is designed to meet the student’s individual needs and expectations. During the course, students will be exposed to a variety of topics according to their own interests and pace.

Spanish + Tango – 20 group lessons + 8 Tango Classes per week. This course is specially designed for students who want to learn Spanish while discovering the Argentinean world of tango. Our locations offer tango shows and real life opportunities to dance at popular Milonga and Tango bars.

With a host family, you will have the opportunity to see what true Latin American life is all about. Our families have all been carefully selected to ensure that both you and your hosts enjoy your stay.
Student Residences: If participants wish to share their time with students from all over the world, student residences are the perfect place. These large houses have several bedrooms – single, double and triple rooms. They also have a kitchen, Internet access and a common room with TV set. The residences are strategically located in order to make the journey to the school comfortable.
